Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes. We collect a card up front, but you're not charged until day 8. Cancel anytime in the first 7 days and you owe nothing.
Is there a free tier after the trial?
No. After 7 days, the active plan you selected starts billing. We don't offer a perpetual free tier — every active Function costs us money to host on Cloudflare and run on Shopify's CDN.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Pro adds Script-paste migration — paste your Ruby Script and get a Function back in ~30 minutes. Starter is the natural-language discount builder only (build new rules from scratch).
Pro also raises the active-Function limit from 5 to 25 and adds version history.
How does annual billing save 17%?
Annual billing is 10× the monthly rate (paying for 10 months, getting 12). Starter $29/mo → $290/yr, Pro $49/mo → $490/yr.
Can I switch tiers mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades prorate immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I uninstall?
Your subscription cancels. Your active Functions stay live in Shopify (they're owned by your shop, not by us). After 48 hours we crypto-shred your shop's encryption key — any residual ciphertext on our side becomes unrecoverable.
