Will Rulehop break my checkout?
No. Every Function is tested on a draft order before deploy. You see exactly what your customers will see — at full discount, at threshold, at edge cases — before it goes live.
What if Rulehop generates wrong Function code?
You compare it side-by-side with your original Script before deploying. Anything that looks off, you edit. We treat the generated Function as a draft, not an answer.
Do I need Shopify Plus?
Only for Script migration (Pro tier). Any Shopify plan can use the natural-language discount builder on Starter.
Can I edit the Function manually?
Pro tier yes — open the rule-tree builder and change conditions, thresholds, customer tags, anything. Starter is NL-builder only: describe the change in plain English, redeploy.
What happens if I miss the June 30, 2026 deadline?
Your discount Scripts stop running. Customers see no discount until you migrate. Rulehop migrates legacy Scripts after the deadline too, but every day you wait is a day of customers paying full price.
Is my Script data safe? Where is it stored?
Encrypted in transit, stored only for the duration of your migration session. Functions you deploy live in your Shopify admin (we don't keep a copy). Full details in our Privacy Policy.
